Node Kicks Ass

NodeWiki depends on a couple of modules (Verbotenjs, expresjs, imageable, jade and node-markdown. And because it was built with verboten.js and because the modules it depends on have bugs in them, I've implemented hacked versions to get these sites running along side verboten.js. Eventually I will fork those projects and offer verboten.js compatible versions through this site. Until then getting this software running will require some hacking. If you really want to try it out send an email to any address at and I'll get you going.

I plan on having version 1.0 released by the end of the year - at which point an installation script will be provided. The software should have features that rival WordPress in flexibility and usability. But because I'm not the best designer the themes will probably not even be close. WordPress does a lot of things right and a beautiful UI is definitely one of them.
